Our manufacturing operations are fully functional and designed for efficiency, scalability, and consistent quality. The facility integrates plastic sorting, washing, shredding, granulation, pelletizing, and pallet molding into a streamlined production flow. Raw plastic material is sourced through organized collection networks and undergoes thorough cleaning and sorting to ensure quality input.
The material is then shredded, melted, and processed into recycled pellets or molded directly into pallets using precision-controlled equipment. The plant operates on multiple shifts with trained operators, quality supervisors, and safety personnel. Current capacity allows production of up to 140,000 pallets annually, with room for expansion as market demand grows. All processes comply with environmental, occupational safety, and EPZ manufacturing requirements. Our operational model mirrors global best practices seen in China and India, while maintaining flexibility to meet regional customer needs and customization requests.
